Eagle Updates, June 15 - 19, 2020

Greetings, Shiloh Families!
 
Welcome to the last week of school!  You made it!!  You have done such a fantastic job of supporting OUR students during the past few months.  Thank you for partnering with us this year.  We loved the time we had with each of our students whether it was in the building or virtually.    Please continue to watch for more emails throughout the summer as we will be sharing updated information on next school year.
 
5th/6th Grade Graduation 
When: Tuesday, June 16
  • 5th Grade Time:  12-1 pm
  • 6th Grade Time:  1-2 pm
Where: Drive Through in the Shiloh Hills Elementary Loop!
 
Student Personal Items:
All student personal items that were not picked up during our pick up day have been placed in the vestibule for families to come pick them up. The front doors will be open from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday - Thursday.  This will be the last week to collect your items.
 
 
Yearbooks: If you ordered a yearbook, they will be mailed out at the end of the school year.  They have not arrived at school but we will get them out to you as soon as they get here!
 
Library Book Return: Shiloh Hills library books can be returned to the school during our MEAD EATS program at Shiloh Hills.  The MEAD EATS program ends this Wednesday so you will be able to bring your books by the school this Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.  If you need help figuring out where to drop the books off, you can ask the MEAD EATS staff and they will point you in the right direction.
 
Chromebook Return Process: A note from the Mead School District Technology Department
 

All district Chromebooks that have been distributed during this school closure must be returned in June.  The Chromebook return process will be held at, 6th Grade Center located at 13120 N Pittsburg.

 

All Grade Levels: 

June 22-26th, from:

  • 7:00am - 9:00am 

  • 11:00am - 1:00pm

  • 4:00pm - 6:00pm


Details:

  • Please bring Chromebook(s) with power adapter(s).

  • Drop-Off Location - Please stay in your car.  We will come to your car to collect Chromebooks.  Look for signs and people directing traffic once you arrive.  See attached map for more information. 

  • ID is not required for return.  Please note multiple Chromebooks can be returned at one time, even if they were not distributed to the same household. 

  • Chromebooks will be locked by the district and no longer operable starting at 4pm on June 19th.  Tech Services will be in communication with families who have not returned checked out Chromebooks. 

  • Summer School - New Chromebooks will be distributed to students attending summer school.
