Dear Shiloh Families,
It has been a beautiful and sunny weekend. We hope your Eagles (and you!) were able to get outside and play! In this week's photo, Mr. Hare and his students Lilly, Sasha, and Ja'Tavious help him load up all of our canned food collected by students and staff during Care and Share. Read our March/April Newsletter, linked below, to find out more about this annual event!
Here are some important Eagle Updates with some NEW information since last week that is noted. Thank you for staying informed.
NEW: Driving your child to Camp Shiloh
As you know, we have emphasized the use of our buses to transport children to and from school once we move to Camp Shiloh. This is to lessen congestion in front of the school thereby improving student, staff, and family safety. Although we have planned for adult supervision on our buses for several weeks following our move, we understand that there will times that you must transport your child in your own personal vehicle. If you do transport your own child to school in the morning and your child does not eat breakfast at school, please plan for a drop off between 9:00 and 9:10. We will not have adequate supervision for children not eating breakfast before 9 am. If your child eats breakfast at school, 8:50 would be the earliest time necessary for drop off. This will give 15 minutes for breakfast once the child gets inside and retrieves breakfast from the kitchen, takes it to the table, and sits down to eat.
